Our assessments are based on scientifically validated methodologies and have a 95% accuracy rate. However, results may vary based on individual circumstances, honesty of responses, and external factors.

Payment Terms
Pricing & Fees

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- • Full refund available if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled assessment
- • 50% refund available if cancelled 24-48 hours before assessment
- • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before assessment
- • Technical issues preventing assessment completion may qualify for full refund
- • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our Services are owned by ComPAS Now Insight or our licensors. This includes:
- Assessment methodologies, algorithms, and scoring systems
- Website content, design, and user interface
- Reports, recommendations, and analytical frameworks
- Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
- Software, applications, and technical systems
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked
- We may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala, India. We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or prominent website notices. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
